(003)About

A small team that ships.

Sandflare Innovations is a custom software company. We design and build the systems businesses actually run on, then stay on to keep them running.

Who we are

Sandflare was founded by Muhammad Swalih, who works across both the technical and commercial side of the company. We are deliberately small: the people who scope a project are the people who build it, and the person who answers your first email is one of them.

Our work sits in two places. The visible half is products with a public address — booking engines, marketplaces, storefronts, corporate platforms. The other half is internal: admin consoles, supplier integrations, AI agents and automation that run inside a client’s business and are never seen from outside.

We work across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United Kingdom and India. That means bilingual English and Arabic interfaces, multi-currency storefronts, and payment methods that differ by market are ordinary requirements for us rather than complications.

Every one of these is countable from the work page. We have left off the usual agency statistics — years of combined experience, hours saved, satisfaction percentages — because we cannot show you where they came from.

(005)How we work
01

We scope before we quote

The first conversation is about what the system has to do and where it touches money, staff or suppliers. A number that arrives before that conversation is a guess.

02

We build the whole system

Accounts, payments, integrations, admin. The visitor-facing page is the smallest part of most of the projects on this site.

03

We stay after launch

Clients come back for the second and third system — the Flyinco group alone runs four separate platforms we built and still maintain.

Describe the problem and we’ll come back with how we’d approach it, roughly what it takes, and whether we’re the right people to build it.
