Overview
What Flyinco B2B Portal is
Flyinco Travels runs a travel business out of Riyadh with branches in Manama, Dubai and Mumbai. The B2B portal is the side of it that other travel agents use: a booking platform, open around the clock, that agents log into to sell flights, hotels, visas, holidays, insurance, car rental and Umrah packages to their own customers.
The problem
What it had to solve
An agent selling one trip might touch four or five separate supplier portals, each with its own login, its own inventory and its own way of confirming a booking. Every hand-off was a chance to lose the sale or mis-key a fare.
