Agency fares, out of the back office and onto a phone

A mobile-first app that surfaces agency fares directly to travellers, so a fare that previously required a phone call can be checked and booked from a phone.

Agency fares lived in back-office systems. A traveller had no way to see them without calling the desk during working hours, which meant the desk was the bottleneck on its own inventory.
